By accessing and using N8N Insiders ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lead Gen Jay ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
N8N Insiders is a platform that provides n8n workflow templates for automation. The Service allows users to browse, download, and use pre-built workflow templates for their n8n instances.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the templates to create workflows that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lead Gen Jay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Templates downloaded from the Service are licensed for your personal or business use but may not be redistributed or resold.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some features and templates require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED AS STARTING POINTS AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED AND TESTED BEFORE USE IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD GEN JAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Gen Jay from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
